SUE ANNE WARREN, RN, MSN, NE-BC
Sue is the Director of Nursing of Senior Services for a Montana based health system. She is highly regarded in the industry and previously served as a Director of Grateful Patient and Physician Philanthropy in a philanthropic foundation, was corporate Director of Clinical Services for a cancer center management company, and Vice President of Clinical Support Systems in a large community newly merged hospital. She has conducted numerous presentations for large industry groups that include dementia household models, executive compensation models, and designing a continuing education retirement community. Sue offers her talents as an Advisor for program development at TrainingInMotion.org.
DIANE BROWN, BA
Diane is a post acute care regulatory specialist, educator, consultant, and author with over 25 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. She is the author of Interviewing Essentials for MDS 3.0, QIS: A Training Handbook for LTC Professionals, and The Skilled Services Troubleshooter: A Step By Step Guide to CMS's Reporting Systems. Her strong leadership, problem-solving, and team building skills communicate possibilities and define innovative solutions. She frequently lectures on MDS, SNF PPS, Medicare, and other topics of interest. Diane is currently the Director of Post Acute Education for HCPro, Inc. headquartered in Danvers, MA.
JEAN WENDLAND PORTER, BS, LPT
Jean is a Regional Director of Therapy Operations for a major therapy provider. She manages contracts, consulting services, and is a Certified Transitional Work Developer, a certified dementia professional, Credentialed Clinical Instructor, holds certification in NIH Stroke Scale, a Medicare CGS (J15) Part A Provider Outreach and Education board member, and is a guest columnist for McKnights Long Term Care News. Jean brings her therapy operational and clinical expertise as an Advisor to TrainingInMotion.org and is a valuable resource for our audit and training services.
ANDREA GUBANSKI KINTNER, BA, BS, MA in Gerontology, LNHA, ESQ.
Andrea's career began as a licensed nursing home administrator and she is now a licensed attorney. During her career, she has developed special care unit protocols, new admissions processes, and managed the day-to-day operations of several facilities. Andrea is a licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma as a nursing home and assisted living administrator and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her experience in these diverse roles brings insight to our programs on quality of life and regulatory compliance. She serves on our Advisory Board as an administrative representative and resource on risk management issues.
FROSINI RUBERTINO, RN, BSN, RAC-CT, C-NE, CDONA/LTC

With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Frosini's career has spanned from an ICU/CCU nurse, Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse Consultant, and now founder of TrainingInMotion.org. She received her executive management training from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and Continuous Process Improvement training in the dynamic healthcare environment of Cleveland, Ohio. She is the author of Carmelina: Essential Nursing Systems for LTC, The QIS Mock Survey Guide, The Complete Guide to LTC Medicare Billing, QAPI: A Nursing Home's Guide to Compliant Care, Consolidated Billing for LTC, and Dementia Care: A Handbook for LTC Staff. RON ORTH, RN, CMAC, NHA
Ron is a registered nurse with over 30 years in the healthcare industry, with 20 of those years in long term care. He is the Senior Analyst of SNF Regulations and Clinical Reimbursement for Relias Learning. Prior to this position, Ron was the CEO for Assessment and Intelligence Systems (AIS). Ron serves as the subject matter expert for AIS training solutions. Ron's presentations on Medicare regulations, PPS, MDS and other topics of interest for the Long Term care industry have been featured throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Ron has also completed all requirements with the American Health Information Management Association to qualify as an Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer and Ambassador.
KELLEY DRYDEN, RN, ADON
Kelley has over 8 years of experience in post acute and long term care. She has been a Rehab Case Manager for a nursing and rehabilitation facility, and now an Assistant Director of Nursing. Kelley oversees the MDS process and understands the value of collaboration in care delivery. While the majority of her day is spent coordinating care delivery with the interdisciplinary team members, she also assists TrainingInMotion.org as an educator and MDS accuracy auditor. Her attention to detail during these accuracy audits and how it relates to care delivery is an asset to our services.
BRANDON MORGAN, MBA
Along with his MBA, Brandon has his Bachelor in Accounting and is the Chief Financial Officer for an Oklahoma based Long Term and Post Acute Care community with multiple sites across the state, totaling nearly 1400 dually certified beds. Prior to his CFO role, he served in an operations role with a 400+ acute care site in Arkansas. Brandon is actively involved in the Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers and the American College of Health Care Administrators. His financial experience brings a fresh perspective to TrainingInMotion.org's programming.
CAROL MARSHALL, CCC-SLP
Carol is an ASHA Certified Speech Pathologist and has over 25 years of heath care experience that has included long term care consulting, risk management, and education. She is the author of Risk Management Through Exeptional Customer Service and Satisfied Customers Never Sue. As an advisor to several long term care organizations, Carol brings her combined expertise in Medicare regulations and risk management to TrainingInMotion.org's services as an educator and auditor, helping SNFs achieve compliance.
